Fox Superflow sealed by Stan's | Jolly Nose NSW RD 6
The Fox Superflow is Australia’s most popular gravity enduro series because it lets you set the pace and have your own adventure!
The race at Jolly Nose will feature many of the ‘must-ride’ trails! Have a cruisy day out or absolutely smash your legs all day. For this season each race has 3 race stages with 5 possible timed runs on each and the fastest one counts!
At the Fox Superflow you can race the way you ride! Ride up at your own pace, then race: drop in with your buddies on each other's tyre or leave a space to pin. It’s about doing party trains, railing berms and sending it!
This is friendly enduro racing without a tight schedule: you can pick the order in which to tackle the race stages, which makes this event social and action-packed at the same time! No harsh cut-off times or start orders, which means whatever category you’re in, you can ride together and lock your own best race run in!
Competitors must sign up online and spectator entry is free. All race photos are included in your entry. Elite and amateur racers of different ages will have a blast - get ready for an absolute adrenaline rush as you smash down our Fox Superflow race tracks to hunt down those precious seconds for the win!
Edward the Emu
The award-winning creative team from Monkey Baa Theatre Company are back with a brand-new take on another much-loved tale, Edward the Emu. More than an adaptation, this is a unique imagining of two beloved picture books, Edward the Emu and Edwina the Emu, combining the plights of both emus in one heartfelt, clever and funny new tale.
Edward is bored with his lot. Being the only emu at the zoo has left him feeling glum and under the impression that the grass is greener in everyone else’s enclosure. Maybe being a seal, or a lion, or a snake might be a better option in life for a lonely bird? Convinced that the other creatures are more popular, Edward breaks ranks and goes to find the fun and along the way, finds Edwina! Written for the stage by Monkey Baa’s Artistic Director Eva Di Cesare (Diary of a Wombat, Josephine Wants to Dance) we follow the emus as they hilariously navigate their own feathered existential crises, seeking to find their place in the world. Meanwhile, unaware of the birds’ internal worlds, their human keepers are in hot pursuit to restore order to the zoo.
The emus’ journey of hijinks and tenderness leads them to discover that the best thing you can be is... you!
The Rainbow Gold Enduro
A Surf Lifesaving Ironperson endurance event, the Rainbow Gold Enduro is open to members of the surf lifesaving organisation. It consists of a 10.5km ski paddle , a 2 km ocean swim, 3km board paddle and 5.5km soft sand run.
It can be contested individually or as part of a team . This event is relatively new on the surf sports calendar and is a good opportunity for athletes to warm up for the bigger Coolangatta Gold event which takes place in October.

Little Ripples is a wine brand with a difference. As the name suggests, the intention of Little Ripples is to create small ripples of impact to influence greater waves of change globally. For every bottle sold one person is provided with clean water for one year.
The objective of your evening is to help raise AUD5,280 to build a well for a school in Uganda’s Mukono district. This well will impact 473 children, 12 staff members and 50 neighbouring households. Currently, these children walk two kilometres to collect water from a spring contaminated by fertilisers and chemicals.
