The Beach to Brother Trail Running Festival celebrates year 6 as a must-do event on the Australian Running Calendar due to its spectacular scenery and finish line experience.

The events provide opportunities for experienced and non-experienced runners/walkers alike to enjoy the beautiful, natural and scenic coastline of the Port Macquarie-Hastings region. Courses take participants through a variety of trails, beaches, headlands, outcrops and townships before tackling the famous finish line at North Brother Mountain (Dooragan National Park).

There are four distances available for participants to enjoy, including:

42.2km (Marathon)

The marathon distance is qualified for the Six Foot Track Marathon. Participants have to be aged 17 upwards to participate in this event alone.

21.1km (Half Marathon)

Participants have to be aged 16 upwards to participate in this event alone.

10km

Participants have to be aged 12 upwards to participate in this event alone. Participants under the age of 12 can participate with adult supervision.

5km

Participants have to be aged 10 upwards to participate in this event alone. Participants under the age of 10 can participate with adult supervision.

NOTE:

All events have a separate start-line and all finish on top of one of the most scenic lookouts on the North Coast of NSW - North Brother Mountain - for a world-class finish line view.

Urgent Comboyne Road Closure: The Comboyne Road has been closed due to road damage. A detour via Lorne Road is in place. Bayabarra is accessible via Oxley Highway. The access road to the top of North Brother Mountain is also currently closed due to damage.
