A photographic exhibition celebrating Black & White images.

This is an exhibition designed around a collection of images presented to fit within contemporary homes or rooms as small styling pieces to give a pleasing aesthetic or simplicity of timeless black and white style.

Local photographer Cherie Morton has been capturing the local area through the view of her camera since the '90s as a professional commercial photographer. She has only in more recent years embraced the joy of decor and fine art photography more after hanging up her wedding and portrait photographers hat to enjoy the more meditative side of creative & expressive photography.

Chances are you may have gone to school with her here in Port Macquarie or maybe you have been photographed by her as a bride or groom or a bridal party attendant, maybe she did your modelling portfolio back in the 90's or maybe she photographed you on the old Port Venture Party cruises of the late '90s, or one of the fantastic Westpac Helicopter balls or maybe you can't say any of those.

What you can say is that you can own a piece of her creative outlet and enjoy the visual joy it will give to your day to day space.
