Peter Cutcliffe is the head Chef at Bills Fishhouse + Bar in Port Macquarie, he recently joined Andrew from Outside The Kitchen in a magical part of our world called Gogleys Lagoon to show us how delicious restaurant food is possible to cook in the great outdoors.  

Steve Delandemare is the head Chef at Little Fish Cafe Restaurant and Vineyard in Port Macquarie, he joined Andrew from Outside The Kitchen on a stunning stretch of Lighthouse Beach to show us how elegant restaurant food is possible to cook in the great outdoors.  

Matt Conway is the head Chef at Burger Rebellion in Port Macquarie, he joined Andrew from Outside The Kitchen on the banks of the mighty Hastings River to show us how he rocks food in the great outdoors.
