COVID-19 Update: The Port Macquarie region is still welcoming many visitors, however if you are unwell, or reside in (or have recently visited) an area that has been identified as a COVID-19 Hot Spot, please do not travel until the risk has passed. Prior bookings are required for most eateries, attractions and accommodation, and businesses may be operating on a limited/restricted basis. Everyone must follow the latest health advice by maintaining physical distancing, practicing good hygiene and staying home if unwell. For the latest information about restrictions and health advice specific to NSW, please refer to NSW.gov.au/COVID-19.
Please be patient with our businesses as they work through the necessary (and frequent) changes to ensure they are COVIDsafe. Although many will be opening their doors and welcoming visitors, some may be operating reduced hours, others may not be able to open until later stages, and service delivery will need to account for physical distancing requirements.
Our Tourism Industry (and our region) is still recovering from the lost income over the bush fire season, and they are expecting the impact of COVID-19 to hit hard. Your support means so much, and our local businesses will welcome you with open arms.
When you visit us, please maintain social distancing as per the regulations, practice good hygiene and abide by the relevant Health Regulations. Importantly, if you're unwell, please stay home.

It's been a loooong start to 2020. We will all need a lovely break, and we can't think of anywhere lovelier than Port Macquarie. Please take care, stay well, and we can't wait to see you very soon!
