I am a self-taught artist and have been painting or drawing for over thirty years. For the last fifteen years I have worked mostly with pastels, acrylics and mixed media. Four years ago, I also started experimenting with the traditional Swiss paper cutting art. Through my work, I try to convey my feelings for places I love. Experimenting with art is a way for me of expressing emotions that often can’t be put into words. I love changing from bright colours to scenes in black and white and then return to a world of colours.
For the Art Walk Week I propose to exhibit some of my paper cuttings in a shop window. See examples below.
